As a board-certified healthcare executive with a doctorate in organizational change and leadership and over 20 years of professional experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise in driving organizational change through leadership development and behavior change strategies.

My personal leadership journey involved a significant shift. I moved from an authoritative style, instilled during my time in the Air Force, to a more collaborative and empowering one. This change was sparked by encounters with toxic leaders who encouraged exclusive, biased, fear-based cultures and fostered "mean-girl" behaviors in teams. These experiences highlighted the damaging effects of antiquated leadership styles and the critical importance of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, vulnerability, and resilience.
